Players may move up or down 1 division by request.

refund policy

For all refund requests, please contact info@allinflag.com, phone 250-619-9399 or connect with the League Operator.

- 100% refund for requests made prior to August 16, 2026.

- 75% refund for requests made prior to the official league start date of August 31, 2026. The registrant still receives a jersey and flag belt.

- 50% refund for requests made by September 9, 2026. The registrant still receives a jersey and flag belt.

- No refunds past September 9, 2026. The registrant still receives a jersey and flag belt.

- Credit card and processing fees are not refundable for any refunds.

JERSEY & TEAM REQUESTS 

Does my player have the opportunity to choose what NFL jersey and team name my child gets assigned to?

League organizers will appoint players to specific teams. Player input will be considered on the team choice, but no guarantees on what team jersey . 

Will there be any opportunity for same team requests for friend/family members? 

There will be an option during registration to place specific friend and/or family member requests to be on the same team, however, there are no guarantees of player placement. 

WEATHER & CANCELLATIONS

Weather and cancelation decisions will be made by the League Operators, and be communicated with as much notice as possible to coaches, players and families. Flag football is played in many weather conditions, however, the City of Nanaimo and School District #68 may announce practices and games to be cancelled in extreme weather or conditions considered dangerous or harmful in any way to all participants involved.  All efforts will be made to make up any cancelled games, depending on field availability.
