As an official NFL Flag partner, we're driven to providing an exceptional flag football experience for boys and girls ages 4-17. Our mission goes beyond the game; we're dedicated to creating a safe, fun and meaningful experience where every athlete can learn, develop and succeed. To accomplish our mission, we will be using the leadership philosophy of our league operator, Dino Tsembelis. His learnings are dervied from Coach John Wooden’s Pyramid of Success, coupled with the contributions from the experienced coaches and individuals volunteering for the All In Flag Football League. 

The All In Flag Football League is a non-contact game and one of the fastest-growing sports in the world - soon to be introduced at the 2028 Olympic Games. We believe in the power of sports to build character and achieve success so our athletes will be given opportunities to learn and develop using the building blocks of the pyramid of success. 

We emphasize hard work, loyalty and fun as the main foundational pillars to ultimately achieving success in competitive greatness. Success is a peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best.  Our partnership with the NFL Flag gives us access to invaluable resources, setting the stage for a successful league in our community.
